I had originally planned a M.E. today but it sounded like everyones hands and grips were pretty worn out from the week so we spent some time outside working on our interval sprints. Some of us decided to do a Tabata of planks too, (Jesse, Ben, Matt K, Matt P., Kristen, and Lamont). I got some nice pics but they'll have to wait until tomorrow, dead battery, eventually I'll get all my camera ducks in a row, I swear!
WOD:
Tabata Sprints (it's only 4 minutes)
8 set for a total of 4 minutes.
20 secs of an all out sprint
10 secs rest

the 150 i forgot to switch out the 5 for the 10 on one side. I wondered why it felt so awkward...whoops
